Work | Adidas Nite Jogger

adidas | nite jogger
This installation explored how the concept of night jogging could be expressed spatially inside a retail environment. The structure allowed visitors to pick up and examine the shoe within a darkened setting that mimicked night time conditions.
Role
Interaction Design
Creative Technology
Interaction was driven entirely through physical behaviour. When idle, the LED surface gently pulsed to attract attention and invite curiosity. Lifting the shoe triggered brighter, static light states that revealed reflective elements in the surrounding floor, reinforcing the product’s reflective properties through direct interaction rather than instruction.

Shoe Podium
The work was designed for all store visitors, encouraging exploration and learning through touch. Responsibility covered creative technology specification, sensor-driven interaction logic, implementation, and on-site setup. Displayed at the adidas flagship store in Berlin.
